Dragon Fighter (2003)

The movie begins in Southern England in the Middle Ages and then six knights are seen riding in horses towards a destroyed town. They see the remains of burned buildings and dead people until they come upon a mother and her dead baby. She quickly dies and then a rhino-sized dragon flies overhead, the knights follow right behind, vowing to kill the creature.

Dean Cain just seams to love low budget movies. The special effects in this one were low quality, the characters are one dimensional, but there is a story, and it did keep me interested for its comedy, both intentional and accidental. Worth a see for low budget movie fans.

From the chintzy CGI to the horrid acting and script, this is a loser throughout. A rogue scientist is bent on cloning dinosaurs without sharing this knowledge with his team. Disaster ensures, in every sense of the word both on the screen and in the story itself. Save yourself. Don't feed your curiosity.

Dragon Fighter has a weird set up. Constantly displaying too camera angles at once, it gets distracting and unappealing. The plot is a bit dumb, but fun. Sadly the dragon doesn't do much but stalk the hallways. The CGI isn't too impressive either. Really, outside of the concept, nothing about the film is memorable.

I like the bit n this film where the guy suggests you can only kill a dragon with a Knights sword but in the end a heat seeking missile proves to be effective.
