I hope there's going to be another one. This s a cool series with the guys hopping around jumping to other buildings etc. Plus the cop apparently gets to be the somewhat comedic one. The first one of course was better but this is quite close. Well I gave the original a B and so this one although I think the premise has been done already so I don't think the plotline has much originality but I could be wrong. .... I still like it. Tho' it did lACk a bit from the original I guess its still worth a B & Please Movie Gods do NOT let the U.S. Redo this one! UGH (but if So ERic Balfour MUST play Lieto! (the guy that plays the character in some way reminds me of Eric!)

A great actioner but I liked the first one a little bit more. The sequel finds Damien and Letto teaming up 3 years later when forces inside the government threaten to destroy District 13. The two lead actors are fantastic - they've still got that wonderful chemistry that was apparent in the first movie. Although Luc Besson wasn't directing, he did produce the movie. The new director did rather well, sticking to the formula of martial arts, parkour and incredible stunts. If you loved the original then there's no doubt in my mind you'll love this one too. I hope they'll be another sequel in the future.

Finally a sequel to a movie that actually lives up to the first one! While this won't win any awards for its script or acting, the action scenes are incredible, and just as intense as the first. And unlike many action movies, none of it seemed "already done" to me. I really feel that they took great pains to keep things just as fresh as the first. Plus the added "re-take" shots were a nice touch. Just like in the first, I was impressed by the camera work (especially in the intro) and pacing. All the elements that made the first one so fun were brought back, and in some cases, improved upon. This is how to make a sequel! My only real beef with this sequel was the ending seemed a bit hokey.

Hell's yeah a sequel to District B13, just got done watching this amazing piece of badassness. I must say it's as good as the original you won't be disappointed. Once again i must praise the internet this bad boy came out a couple months ago in France and i have the movie and the soundtrack already in my possession.
