This is one of the most difficult movies I've ever watched. Such a fantastic collection of character studies, while being such an honest look at Western society as a whole. While it doesn't offer any solutions, what it does have to say is extremely valid. A fabulous cautionary tail, and powerful performances across the board.

Beautiful film. I cannot understand the 57 percent rating it has. Character driven magic. Brody assimilates his charisma with the darkness of a trauma driven teacher. Nothing short of perfect "method acting," something reminiscent of Daniel Day Lewis' honest theatrical commitment.
