There's this channel on TV who usually show this movie when we were kids. My brother had this huge crush on Emmanuelle Beart so my siblings and I would gather around the TV and watch this everytime it's shown. This film made me love 80's movies.

This is a very enjoyable film. It's supposed to be light and fun, not a serious, ponderous film which some critics seemed to have wished.

An engaged man finds an angel and can't decide whether to marry his b***** girlfriend or keep falling in love with the angel. The idea itself is stupid so therefore the movie is stupid.

This is one of those 80s comedies that are bad and cheesy plot wise but are quirky enough to love, especially if you were an 80s child. Terrible special effects although they did do a great job with the wings and lighting to make the angel appear to glow. I love the French fry bit and Emmanuelle plays her character perfectly.
