Just as precise and self-consciously precious as predicted. Which doesn't mean it hasn't got moments of charming wit buried under all its archness.

Stillman tossed all the components of a good film making in the magic cauldron with right amount of ingredient and timing. This film is funny, whimsical and endearing.

It's not my favorite Whit Stillman movie, but it has enough of his quirky sense of humor and satirical edge to make me want to see it again.
