Wow, what a great movie! I didn't know anything about this movie before I watched it. Never a dull moment. It was so intense and heart renching. The US are so strict on immigration laws and don't seem to give a rats arse about breaking up families. These families leave their war torn country to make a better life for themselves and their children. To live the American dream!

A fine movie, told in the form made popular with "Crash". A very interesting and emotionally charged look into the life of foreigners trying to start anew in the U.S. How these people have to deal with prejudice and stereotyping, and all the lengths they go to to overcome this, and establish in a new country. The performances in this movie were solid across the board. But I would have to say that the best performances in this movie were given by Cliff Curtis and Summer Bishil. Their screen presence were overwhelming, and they had a few scenes that really tug at the heart strings. Very slid movie. I would pretty much recommend this to anyone. Especially if you're an outsider wanting to move to the U.S, or to those who went through hardships to establish themselves anywhere. Bravo.
