Barthes takes her notion and runs with it, and Giamatti and Strathairn follow fearlessly.

saw this at Bonnaroo, really bizarre movie about getting rid of your soul to find happiness.. its interesting, funny, moving, and if 3 adjectives aren't enough to convince you, well i dont know what else i can do.

giamatti con la actuacion mas prepotente su carrera .. tremenda complejidad.. y desquiciadamente fria.

An engrossing surreal comedy that takes an inventive look at soul, dreams, emotions, and the emptiness of a life devoid of meaning.

Cold Souls has its flaws, and it threatens to sag into a Paul-like morbidity, but Giamatti’s anxious mien and unspectacular shamblings have never been better deployed.
