Good story. The plot was good but the storyline wasn't good enough. A couple of decent fights and car chases can't save this silly mess.

With breathtaking scope, cutting edge visual effects and stunning fight choreography, this film is easily one of the greatest martial arts films to date. Aaron Kwok delivers an electrifying performance, head to head with the charismatic and deadly Coolio, whilst Mark Dacascos thrills with stone cold chills as the mastermind behind the sizzling plot. How could you not want to see this movie? An epic movie that can one can only hope to be lucky enough to see. How this move won no oscars is beyond me and the director and actors (ESPECIALLY COOLIO) should be outraged. Film of the year for 2000, my pick for film of the decade. My heart goes out to you, Stanley Tong.
