As worthy as the subject matter was and as much as you can forgive certain production qualities given the budget, the fact can not be escaped that you will have seen childrens nativity plays with better acting. I lasted half an hour then had to sack it off.

Characters need to be more than vehicles for making a point, and a genuinely heartfelt tone and beautiful lensing is only partial compensation for an inability to convey the complexity of ideas.
