Revenge western that Michael Winner and Charles Bronson would successfully revamp in more modern settings at a later date. This is a gritty enough western with Jack Palance heading a posse that includes some excellent supporting cast performances.

A slick little flick, kind of like an extended, increasingly tense chase scene, in which the posse chasing the Indian gradually turn against each other like pack animals. Sort of like the middle act of First Blood extended into a full movie. Loved it!

NEVER mess with an indian - especially when the indian is played by CHARLES BRONSON!! Even though Charlie is cool in this, really this is JACK PALANCE's movie!!! PALANCE KICKS ASS!!! Full review to come.....
