This movie is entertaining wartime fluff punctuated with some "period appropriate" racist undertones and dialogue which was indicative of the times. There is an incredible performance by Harold Nicholas, the Step Brothers, and other Black performers during which they are called "niggers" by an audience member who walks out. Let's not redact hictory...lest it be forgotten.

Harmless wartime musical featuring Kay Kyser & His Orchestra; Ann Miller tap dances a little bit, and the hit "There Goes That Song Again" is introduced.
