Feel good fun flick. Very relatable if you or your kid is heading to college. A lot of amazing performances including Uzo Aduba and Paul Tigue!!

Why didnt this one receive the same kind of promo as the kissing booth or to all the boys ive loved before? There isnt even a photo in this page. Fix that one please! The entire stellar cast pulled through what could have been boring into something cute, funny and feel good and surpisingly refreshing cause woohoo debate and as someone who did imprompto speeches in high school it struck a chord with me. I signed up for feels and i got it. I was expecting for relatable woes, there it is. Chemistry between the leads, you got it. Strong supporting characters, yup, with a side of coke and fries. I cant believe they got crazy eyes here! I didnt recognize her at first dang. Anyway, 4/5 so darn charming!

Good movie, lots of fun! Not revolutionary, but does a pretty good job portraying debate competitions and the leads have good chemistry. Plus Uza Abuda is in it so that's amazing. Nice light watch, excellent for the high school romance genre - with just enough chessieness that it's not cringey or taking itself too seriously. A minor character dies somewhat unexpectedly, and it isn't extremely well done, but doesn't take too much away from the overall movie. Highly recommend to kill some time. Very cute!
