Hooper and Carpenter prove themselves as true masters of horror. This triple-story insanity is scary, fun, and delightful to watch. With some directors in hilarious characters, it's made to make you have a great time

Far from being the worst horror anthology, but considering the level of talent involved, ultimately unremarkable. Horror buffs may be interested in identifying the numerous cameos that can be found throughout. For Carpenter/Hooper completists only.

Far from a great anthology, but the Carpenter-directed first short is relentlessly creepy and sits easily with Halloween as one of his finer efforts.
