Troma totes this one as their most shocking movie ever. And when you've got a subject like the white slave trade, and enslaving women and horrediously torturing them and murdering them for entertainment value, it's subject matter is not for the faint at heart. It's a dark, awful movie. It's deplorable and horrendous acts is what makes this an interesting movie to behold. Plus it has a midget. However, I would like to make some clarifications for you readers: Not once during the entire film is there any one scene of blood sucking. There is a scene where a guy sucks brain matter out of a girls head with a straw, but not any actual blood sucking. Sorry to disappoint anybody.

The sleaziest of the sleaze. The stickiest of the icky. This is the quintessential grindhouse movie. It's so goofy so, cheesy and full of more nudity than a Turkish bath on a Friday. SEE the dancing sadistic midget, SEE human dart boards, See THE PENIS SANDWICH.

Vile story of white slavery and sadism...topped off with a musical act, cannibal-drug-sex-slaves bound for the middle east, and a murderous midget magician. "Submit to my domination!" This show is so fucking horrible, it comes around full circle.

I first watched this movie 9 years ago, and I havnt had a negative thing to say about it since. Scenes that will shock. And to any nay sayers, this movie is sorta like the Hostel or Saw movies of today. Amazing.
