Fantastic Movie! Captures the heart of a small town, while making every viewer want a taste of this down home country town. Love Love Love this movie, I simply did not want it to end. Everyone needs to see this movie, it will make you laugh, cry, and even snort a little at times. A film that captures what life is all about, loving others. LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!

This was a very heartfelt and heart warming film. It has its ups and downs as in true life and keeps your attention from start to finish. The scenery was beautiful because it was filmed in Big Stone Gap where that area is beautiful. The coal miners are hard workers and the area is georgeous and breathtaking. As is the film. Down home, sincere country folk, Trail of the Lonesome Pine outdoor drama, hard working people, and a love for life and others is what you see and what you'll get. Don't miss out on this film or a chance to go visit this area in person.

BSG is oozing with gorgeous scenery (all legit and not CGI) and the story is true to the novel, but even better. Adriana's BSG book series would make a wonderful tv show, but the movie is just enough to get you hooked to the wonderful characters. It gets even better as the story goes on in the novels! Hope for a sequel.
