Fantastic Movie! Captures the heart of a small town, while making every viewer want a taste of this down home country town. Love Love Love this movie, I simply did not want it to end. Everyone needs to see this movie, it will make you laugh, cry, and even snort a little at times. A film that captures what life is all about, loving others. LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!

It has great actors, but the story line did not develop the characters in the movie. It seemed like they wanted to put so much into it that no scene lasted long enough to develop the character's relationships.

An old-fashioned, feel-good film with uniformly fine performances set against a gorgeous backdrop. No wonder the critics don't like it. And no, it isn't completely predictable....and even when it is, ithe events feel "inevitable and necessary," as good old Aristotle suggests in Poetics. Listen to the audience on this one; not the critics. [Full disclosure. I love Virginia]
