Beverly Hills Cop II (1987)

Axel Foley returns to the land of sunshine and palm trees to investigate the near-fatal shooting of police Captain Andrew Bogomil. With the help of Sgt. Taggart and Det. I love the first 2 but this 1 was the best in the series,Tony Scott did a perfect job directing this 1

For some reason I didn't like this much as a kid....but I got a chance to watch it again recently and was pleased to see that it was actually a worthy successor to the first. It's a little unbalanced in terms of humor and action, and, as a result, it doesn't succeed in the same ways that the first one did. Still, it's pure entertainment and I enjoyed it.

I don't care what anybody says this is a strong, damn funny sequel. The only thing missing is "Sellge".
