Beverly Hills Cop II (1987)

Axel Foley returns to the land of sunshine and palm trees to investigate the near-fatal shooting of police Captain Andrew Bogomil. With the help of Sgt. Taggart and Det. Prefer the first, but this is a close second... 3rd one sucks

Pros: Funnier and better than the first. Cons: A few parts were dramatic. See it if you've seen the first Beverly Hills Cop.

Not better, nor any worse. A decent sequel that doesn't ruin the orignal

The Beverly Hills Cop franchise is probably my all-time favourite, and BHC II is no exception. Though it is claimed that it is a sequel without justification, it still does its job of entertainment. What more can be asked of it?

more action, more laughs, and a lot more fun then the first one, it's one of those sequels that just works.
