Being Flynn has a simple but interesting story. The cast is all around perfect and puts up strong performances. I recommend it.

The emotion is so raw, so human, it is very hard to remember you are watching a film. I was forced to consider so many real life issues in the short time span of the film I needed to take a breath. Robert DeNiro was so strong in this role. Paul Dano was powerful and showed a beautiful human side that claimed high marks. I enjoyed this exceptional film for it's cinematic technique and fine story telling. As a matter of fact I think I will see it again.

It's a shame the studio didn't choose to keep the original title of the book in place, Another Bulls**t Night in Suck City would have been quite fitting for the film.

This was obviously a very different movie. Different in which I liked it to the point where I can't explain why, which is why I didn't like it too much at the same time.
