Beach Blanket Bingo is a movie that was part of a series of films that came out in the 60s. Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello star as Frankie and DeeDee, two teens who are dating. Highjinks ensue throughout the movie as there is the occasional song, a gang of thugs, a mermaid, and skidiving involved.If you are interested in the 60s beach films that came out, check this one out.

The best known of the Frankie and Annette beach party movies is far from the best. Problem is, it gets caught up in a sky diving subplot and doesn't spend much time at the beach.

Campy sand 'n' surf musical from the 60s "Beach" movies series. I think this is the best of the bunch, just a lot of fun!

The best of the 1960's "Beach" movies. This one has a good supporting cast and also, unlike the others, some memorable songs. Quite enjoyable. paul Lynde is particularly good.
