Gobsmackingly derivative of Edge of Tomorrow, except here the continual bickering between the leads revolves around two things: who hurt who most in their failed relationship, and should they take the Arq (a perpetual energy machine that as a by-product loops time) to the rebels fighting the Evil Corporation.The entire film takes place in two or three rooms of the same house but for a brief stint outside. Not much to look at here, visually or otherwise.

Though it may leave a few questioning how effective some of its twists are, ARQ is an entertaining time travel flick that smartly gets more tense and creative as it goes along, all while showcasing Amell and Taylor's gripping performances and how the home-invasion premise, though somewhat worn out, can still deliver an effective thriller.

Screw the negative reviews. This a not a masterpiece but I can say this, I have not lost the interest even for a second in the entire movie. Great acting and if ending was little bit better I would have given 5 stars. Overall, GOOD STUFF !!

Même si on peut avoir l'impression de voir un autre Edge of Tomorrow et/ou Groundhog Day , ARQ demeure assé imaginatif et intéressant pour se démarquer du reste. On ne se perd pas trops (chose assé difficile à faire pour un film sur le voyage dans le temps) et le film est globablement bien fais. A voir pour les fans du genre
