Antboy is a Danish superhero film, dubbed in English, that plays like a limp, low-budget retread of Spider-Man on its surface, but has a slight off-kilter edge within some of the details, leaving one a little pleasantly baffled.

Fun and charming - and honest enough to wear its references on its sleeve.

It's really strange that they made a movie called AntBoy and didn't get a single lawsuit from marvel. It is very cheesy and pointless with crappy special effects.

...a mostly bland but very kid-friendly Spider-Man clone.

This movie flaunts the use of 'kids movie' as an excuse for all it's problems
