From the outset of Alethea Arnaquq-Baril's eye-opening documentary Angry Inuk, it is clear that this is going to be a different take on seal hunting than the one that has dominated the mainstream conversation over the past four decades.

A stunning movie that I used in the classroom to raise student awareness of global issues facing northern communities. Students were stunned by what saw and had never thought to question such issues as how animal rights groups raise their money or how their work might negatively impact anyone. Beautifully filmed and thoughtfully presented throughout.
