Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra, an interesting thought to put those two together. Frank Sinatra exceeded Gene Kelly as a singer while Gene Kelly outdid him in dancing =] The songs were catchy and the Jerry the Mouse scene was amazing for animation at the time =D

I love this movie! It was my first Gene Kelly movie. Frank Sinatra AND Gene Kelly, what's not to love?! I also love Kathryn Grayson. She's amazing!

I can still hear the chorus, ANCHOOORRS AWEEEEIGH! The story with Kathryn Grayson and Gene Kelly was so sweet, man! This is like a less horny version of On the Town, a perfect companion piece.

such a good movie..i will watch it over and over..the story line is soo good..and the choreography is soo good..thank you gene kelly..oh i wish we had musicals like this these days..all the musicals these days are so overly campy..gene and ol' blue eyes are gorgeously gorgeous..and kathryn grayson has a beautiful voice...it's amazing..film magic..if you love old musicals you'll love this..especially if you loved on the town with frank and gene..check it out..i hihgly recommed it

Still reeling from the excitement of Sinatra and Kelly - singing, dancing, and romancing, as the caption says. I loved the quiet, shy Frank Sinatra. The poor fellow, getting tutored in love from the scheming, sneaky Gene Kelly. But - what dancing! What excitement! The stretches of musical routine fit perfectly into the story - the classical music from Jose Iturubi (thrilling!), the cartoon sequence (a little stretched-out, but crazy unique and effective), Kelly's dance to Kathryn Grayson (wonderfully blended into the real-life tale). Love the Navy, love the little boy who adored Kelly, love the happy, happy feeling I get watching it!
