A very powerful, wonderful film. A must see for anyone who is in a relationship or ever wants to be in one. It painfully reveals what happens when we don't tend to our relationships, when we put them on the back burner to tend to our other priorities. The acting was right on - honest and raw. The writing captured the human condition so well, the hope we live in, the pain of failure, of not being accepted, of making the wrong choices, the seeking of answers.

This film had a great balance of fun and emotional conflict. I loved how it explored the complex relationships between such an emotionally burdened family, and how it was able to maintain a light heartedness through the touching characters of Joey and Chad. This film had an overall great combination of tenderness and bitterness and was not only beautiful in terms of the characters, but had stunning cinematography and scenery as well.

I have been recommending this movie to everyone ever since I saw it. I was blown away by the cast who all seemed like a real (albeit dysfunctional) family - there was plenty of chemistry between the characters and Will McCormack's representation of Chad was incredible. I think my favorite part about this film, however, would have to be the gorgeous cinematography. (Who knew Idaho could be so beautiful?) There were so many nature scenes all shot so perfectly. If you haven't yet, see this movie as soon as you can! It was a great, touching story wrapped up in a beautiful little package of a film.

An artistically and beautifully shot movie that draws you in immediately to the characters and the story. The narrative that is done by Johnny Sequoyah's role as Joey in the beginning of the film and that is peppered throughout is very thought provoking as to the similarity between human behavior and that of a raven. This is a movie that will stay with you and leave you thinking. Excellent summer choice!
