I wonder if 20th Century Fox have sued these bastards for ripping off their Predator design? Low budget sci-fi.....

Worth a watch if you are up for some mindless fun. Glad to see the use (predominantly) of man-in-a-suit creature effects ahead of CGI. It works far better than CGI. Yes it is clearly influenced by Alien, Aliens, Predator, species and Relic....So? This is cheap movie making for those of us who can appreciate and enjoy b-movie creature and monster movies.

Formula repetidissima: Cai um meteoro com um calhau alien lá dentro, o calhau fica refundido milhares de anos e torna-se lenda. Actualidade: encontram o calhau e tem o DNA duma raça superior. Criam a raça num complexo ultra-secreto, o alien (mistura entre predador e alien) revolta-se mata tudo e todos, mandam uma equipa de elite ver o q se passa. morrem uns qts sobrevive o casal. I really expected pure and utter crap from these titles, but I was wrong. They were just beautifully colored crap, like a ceramic swan filled with feces. Nevermind, you'll get that when you're older. [center]Dead Birds[/center] [left]Probably the worst title ever given to a movie. You see one bird, and that's it. Set in the civil war, some bandits rob a bank and stay at an abandoned house, and crazy things happen. The special effects were top of the line, but the story was rather boring, and confusing at spots. It beat all of my expectations, but that doesn't make it a wonderful movie.[/left] [center]Alien Lockdown[/center] [left]This thing just took forever, many moments just relied solely on people looking around dramatically for minutes at a time. The opening story isn't necessary, hell what am I saying, this whole movie wasn't necessary. The creature looked semi cool, like an Alien Predator ripoff, and the leading lady just got more and more attractive as the movie went on. I think my standards just keep dropping. Bring on the good movies.[/left]

This movie combines Aliens and Predator, yet somehow manages to be worse than Alien vs. Predator. It does get bonus points for having the villain from The Karate Kid in it, though. Kreese rules.
