Lacks the knockout blow that would have made it a real killer.

Average fare. Could have been great but ruined by lecturing, posturing, and moralizing. Music video of 'Pungi' the highlight but comes at the end, after 3 hours...sigh. The movie needed more Raghavan (the film is well-directed) and less creative input from a star producer. Not brave enough to be a kitschy, clever film.

Sporadically entertaining, but ultimately convoluted and exhausting.

When I walk into a film called Agent Vinod, what I want, more than anything else, is an adrenalin rush... The plot plods along, especially in the first half.

There is an incredible urge to run a fine comb through Agent Vinod, to straighten the several strands, trajectories, characters, locations that end up as one big clutter in the mind's eye.
