Annoying, mouthy female characters and painfully slow pace, and someone reminding us that "this is war" every five minutes of the film. Because, without the reminder, we would never guess, right?

A Perfect Day makes a powerful statement on war by disregarding the violence and focusing solely on the strength of regular people in extreme circumstances.
