4.5/10. For a low budget horror film, it isn't too bad. The acting is a very mixed bag, some good, some okay, some poor. The story is on the lame side, but it held my interest generally. Some of the storyline makes no sense at all, so that very much hurt the film's overall effect.

Somebody in a suit said, "Hey, lets take the principal main cast from Rob Zombie's latest hit film, make their characters good and make the villain of the film as little of a threat as possible. For the lead we can get a girl that constantly looks like she has been crying and now market this unscary mess of a film to Liftetime-Television for Women because that's the target audience."

If you want to see Sid Haig, Leslie Easterbrook and Bill Moseley in a movie, Watch "The Devils Rejects" and not this piece of crap. The story is terrible and very predictable. The acting is just God awful, Including the three I mentioned earlier. An avoid at all costs.

Better than average ghost story. Decent acting and some scary moments make it worth watching. A good script and interesting camera work also help keep everything moving along.

This movie was so corny all it lacked was butter. It was lame from start to finish. B rated chump flick which would be C rated if there was such a thing. Avoid it like the plague.
