Shot in shaky handheld style, [REC] is a bit like George A. Romero’s Diary of the Dead, but, you know, actually scary.

Apostando em extremo realismo e verossimilhança, desenvolve um horror absurdamente tenso, envolvente e, por fim, apavorante. Câmera, fotografia e som impecáveis e bem-sucedidos ao evocarem o tom documental proposto pelo projeto (e mesmo que a ideia já não seja muito original, ainda assim consegue ser bastante eficaz). Iguais elogios para todo o elenco e, por que não, para os trabalhos com a maquiagem.
