It avoids being explanatory, but the brief strokes that it outlines make it possible to get closer to its characters... [Full review in Spanish]

I don't get what the critics are praising about this movie. At no point was I "in suspense" or "at the edge of my seat" like the description suggests. Instead I sat through 10 minute long scenes of staring at someone drive a car, while occasionally picking up their cellphone. If movies were colors, I don't think any movie could be more beige. The entire movie I wondered when it would pick up, when the boring first act would end, but it never did. If anything, the first 20 minutes of the film are more interesting, when they weren't just driving through Mexico. If anything, I would describe this movie as a waste of my time, I didn't take anything away from the movie, and at no point was it interesting. Don't watch.

A really slow paced road movie. Tim Roth is magnificent and it showcases the madness of America's gun laws brilliantly. The scene with the kid buying enough bullets to arm a Taliban guerrilla unit and the checkout girl doesn't bat an eyelid but when he asks for a couple packs of Marlboro lights she demands some ID is a great example of this. Some decent tension and Roth, in particular, makes it worth a watch.
