After an overnight fling with a man nearly 20 years her junior while vacationing in Greece, Ann Stanley returns to New York assuming she'll never see Peter Latham again. Until, that is, he shows up on her doorstep to take her daughter to a party. Despite her yearning for Peter and the encouragement of her friends and family, Ann initially rebuffs him when he pursues her, but slowly she yields to his charm and her own stifled emotions.

Stylish comedy-drama. Binnie Barnes is wonderful fun as the sticky fingered mother.

Not very good. I am thinking that Liv Ullmann is NOT a good actress.

A mixed bag, should have been much better considering the presence of Liv Ullmann. Edward Albert Jr is poorly cast, it's beyond his acting range and he comes across as a jerk. The supporting cast is excellent though and lift the movie up considerable. It's an old fashioned story and the writing is not up to par.

This is a great love story surrounding a 40 something divorcee who meets and falls in love with a 20 something man while vacationing in Greece. Great performances by Liv Ullmann and Edward Albert. I would definatly recommended this one.

40 Carats, a popular farce-comedy of a few seasons back, has made it to the screen but has not made it well.
