2033 (2009)

In 2033, Mexico City is a hot, mechanical and chaotic megacity ruled by the military and a tyrannical government. It is an oppressed society with its religious faith and liberty of expression stolen. Pablo, the main character, is a young finantial yuppie that gets shelter in drugs and alcohol. He leaves his privileged life in order to help the unprotected and destroy the system that controls the population.

A quite interesting (despite nothing new at all, except it is from Mexico) story premise being executed in a not so interesting way, plus a very illogical, abrupt conscious-recovery from the protagoist plot hole. Alrightee in general.

Muy inconsistente en varias cosas. Buen arte, buenas proyecciones excepto la muy ridÃcula de que Ciudad de MÃ©xico cambiÃ³ su nombre por uno de unidad habitacional, sÃ³lo Lutecia cambiÃ³ a ParÃs cuando era del tamaÃ±o de un pueblo. Buena la elecciÃ³n de Claudio Papito Lafarga ;)

Excelente que cineastas mexicanos se atrevan a realizar filmes de ciencia ficcion, pero Ã©sta dista mucho de llegar a ser realmente ciencia ficciÃ³n. Dicen los dÃceres... que es la segunda parte de una trilogÃa, a ver quÃ© tal pinta ya en conjunto las tres partes, pero no me quedaron ganas de ver las otras dos y no lo harÃ©. La percibÃ muy banal, no profundiza en nada y el "final" estÃ¡ asquerosamente malo, cortan la pelÃcula asÃ no mÃ¡s, como si fuese justificable porque continuarÃ¡ la historia. EstÃ¡, tristemente, muy chafa :(

Bastante mala, pero ni siquiera lo suficiente para mantenerte involuntariamente entretenido. Malas actuaciones, sobretodo la del malo malo malo PEC, que bueno, esa si me hizo reir. Los efectos están bien y el diseño de producción cuidado...por el lado positivo
