Different and new, well made, entertaining without being overbearing and unrealistic or kitschy. Great music and wardrobe...beautiful locations. Indian CInema has evolved to make room for brilliant scripts and professional actors. This movie is so much more than the unfortunate SRK glam opps. that make headlines every day. 2 States has a beautiful story to tell, and does it with class.

It's a typical Bollywood drama of a boy loving a girl with the families hating each other. No unexpected twist in it. Good watch for a lazy evening in and definitely not worth watching at a cinema hall.

Good story and well made. Maybe cliched ,but doesn't detract from the entertainment . Does try to explore a few different relationships and does it well. Well directed and well enacted.
