The film really gave me the chills. I was creeped out, the movie was scary because you had NO idea who the guys was and why he was doing this. The movie made me jump several times. The directing was bad though. When he said, "I want your blood all over me." I mean I would've freaked out, and she didn't? Also when her friend came over she went from being all happy inside and as soon as she came outside she was terrified. Also the ending could've been better. Overall good movie.

Grade: B During an otherwise routine babysitting gig, a high-school student is harassed by an increasingly threatening prank caller. When a stranger calls is an improvement on the horrible original film. This film is thrilling! It's scary! The best part of how when a stranger calls is that there isn't a lot or no gore. The film also has many creepiness to it leading up for the conclusion of the movie. The simple story also makes the film really understandable with lots of plot twists. When a stranger calls is the horror film slash thriller for everyone to see.
