In 1999, Internet entrepreneur Josh Harris recruits dozens of young men and women who agree to live in underground apartments for weeks at a time while their every movement is broadcast online. Soon, Harris and his girlfriend embark on their own subterranean adventure, with cameras streaming live footage of their meals, arguments, bedroom activities, and bathroom habits. This documentary explores the role of technology in our lives, as it charts the fragile nature of dot-com economy.

excellent documentary on one of the pioneers of the internet,the underground community was very charles mansonish,harris was way ahead of his time

Amazing doc, blew me away, i knew nothing about josh harris before watching this and am now mesmerized by what he did. I cant believe I hadnt heard of him until now. best doc at SXSW

'We Live In Public' was an extremely revealing, disturbing, insightful documentary about living life in the public eye and how the internet can be used as a form of mind control. It leaves you wondering where exactly society will be in the future and, how the rise of the internet will affect our lives. I highly recommend it.
