Best Jess Franco movie ever...a lovely Soledad Miranda ( poor tragic girl) naked during 80 percent of the footage make this movie a colectors item. Hipnotic music by the director.

Jesus Franco isn't a very good filmmaker, but somehow this wasn't too terrible. Listen for some awesome VERY dated 70s music (some appropriately mixed into Jackie Brown), and for both really sexy scenes and horrible vampire bits. It's more of a psychedelic soft-core than a horror flick, and for those looking for a faithful Stoker adaptation might as well chuck the DVD in the air and use it for skeet shooting. If you're curious, watch it once. If not, don't even bother.

I had heard the soundtrack before I saw the movie and loved it. The movie itself, however, is an incomprehensibly dense mess of barely connected scenes which I guess, technically, involve lesbian vampires. On the other hand the name of the director is Jesus Franco.

A creepy, faux-artistic relic from the 70s, this erotic thriller takes itself far too seriously and relies far too much on stock footage of a scorpion. Entertainingly groovy at times, for the most part its just boring.
