Excellent doc. about Katrina for the POV of an actual victim. Kim is a great character and by the end, we could all be just a bit like her. I also recommend Spike Lee's doc. about Katrina. Watch this!

Saw this film over the weekend. A reminder of the horror that was the response to the people in need in New Orleans August 2005.... and still they rise. Get ready to feel every emotion.

The most important documentary you'll see this year. I thought I knew before just how badly the US government dealt with the aftermath of hurricane Katrina but after seeing this documentary, I find it ridiculous that there weren't more news outlets trying to hold someone accountable for what these survivors went though and continue to deal with, just because they happen to live in what is considered a low income (read: disposable and non-Bush supporting) neighbourhood.
