Trekkies 2 doesn't have the same heart as the first one, but it's still a fascinating look into Star Trek fandom. The best parts are when they are catching up on the lives of the people in the original Trekkies documentary. I'm not a Trekkie, but this film makes me wish that more people were Trekkies.

All right, so its dorky. It gives people a sense of community where they might not have one, a much needed escape, a creative outlet, and apparently the social responsibility to improve the community. It was definitely interesting, but I still don't want to watch the show.

Wow! It makes you happy that your you, not them.

Fun trek fan movie that makes me thankful that I'm not a diehard fan of many things, except movies in general. Quirky and interesting and sometimes disturbing. lol
