What a strange movie! It starts out as super gruesome and thrilling, then turns to science fiction and finally ends up with a happy ending....really, really, wierd...but I liked it still.

Was this straight to DVD ? The premise was good. The acting was good. The characters were poorly presented and the story was riddled with holes. If Hicks was such a hotshot crime journalist then common sense would see him work with the police not try to be a hero all on his own. Also if the boy dies aged 11 why do we see him alive at the end of the film. No mystery, no suspense, but Neal McDonaugh shows once again what a good bad guy he is.

Cuba Gooding takes on a time traveling serial killer. Of course, around the 90 minute mark, you realize that everything you just saw, didn't really happen. If only I had known that 90 minutes earlier.

Okay either it's insanely predictable OR I just watch too many movies. It seriously could go either way. I don't think it was totally about how predictable it was though Cuba's character had to figure it out and at least this time travel one actually made sense when people died. stuff changes, not totally like Back to the Future but similar in ways. It was a little gruesome but at least it was still interesting despite the fact that it was easy to figure out.
