Good documentary about land development in Austin.

While [director Laura] Dunn's style is closer to Terrence Malick than Paul Thomas Anderson, Bradley becomes a figure as tragic and memorable as the fictional Daniel Plainview in "There Will Be Blood."

Good message, interviews and production value, but uneven pacing. Less poignant for those unfamiliar with Austin and Barton Springs, but a strong, timely example of over-urbanization's impacts.

Very moving account of how suburban sprawl can have devastating effects on the environment. Although there are a number of docs about sprawl, this film is one of the best because it let's the people involved do the talking. The slow overhead pans of the locations are very moving.
