This is the first time i watched Wen Jiang's film, so far so good, quite special about the plot and editing skill, and Hisaishi Joe 's music is wonderful all along the time, maybe better focus on the music and sound in this movie.

After I watched it, i didn't understand it at all. So i went to read other's comment and find it might be very interesting. Jiang Wen is trying to imply messege between the lines. I guess...

A beautiful display of Chinese cinematography. Jiang never disappointed. The plot is not up to everyone's taste though
