Beautiful picture. I recommend this film to anyone and everyone. Stewart and Allyson are dynamite together. And, as always, Frank Morgan delivers the goods in a supporting role.

I know I have a bunch of James Stewart films in my favourates, its not because of this that I include these films, its because the films are so rich in emotions. This film isn't that popular but is a great and touching biopic.

A decent comeback film about the real life baseball story of Monty Stratton. Not very memorable, but it wasn't bad. (First and only viewing - 3/24/2018)
