A spectacular adaptation of Michael Ende's book with amazing special effects, wonderful deep, dark and lovable characters and a dramatic score that will have children and adults on the edge of their seat throughout. This for me is the best film ever made. Having seen it over 200 times, I never bore of the wonder of Fantasia and hope that Leonardo DaCaprio doesn't ruin the franchise with his version next year!

With this one I went on a litterairly nostalgic and visual trip. ;^p The concept of reading something with such an amount of imagination that it becomes possible to enlive the story is realy awesome! As a kid and teenager I saw this one a couple of times and it stayed one of my favorites. This is such a beautiful movie, and what an adventure two! Must see!

I almost forgot about this movie until I found the theme song on YouTube. To me, it's a constant reminder on the importance of having an active imagination.

Good family film..........the kids will love it.........i did................
