Not funny. Annoying comes to mind. Waste of Stiller. He looked annoyed to be a part of this P.O.S. Don't waste your time. I fell asleep an hour in. My fiancé was pissed I made her watch it. No love for me last night. SKIP IT>

Jason Schwartzman and Ben Stiller casually sleepwalk through their respective parts as an ex-high schooler and the two-faced teacher who raised him. The script is muddled with poorly executed drama and plotting, and the laughs are spare. Relying on its nerdy-chic and the draw of its leads to get by. This is direct-to-DVD fodder done for the paychecks, or in the case of director Todd Louiso, the experience.

It had some pretty uncomfortable, funny moments. I really like how Ben Stiller can act as someone who is trying to stay hip. Always love Jason Schwartzmann. Terrible songs, but done in a hilarious way.
