A pretty meek low-budget zombie film is rescued from mediocrity by another brilliant comical outing by Billy Zane. Not only does he prove that he can kick ass, he can still come up with class one-liners with the best of them. Oddball family dynamics and a haphazard knack for dispensing with main characters helps make this into a real treat. Admittedly vegetarian propaganda, this film has not put me off meat. Not yet. ;)

Fun and goofy little zombie/mad cow disease comedy. Billy Zane clearly is having a good time in the lead roll. Nothing ground breaking, but plenty of fun.

Not an all-bad Zombie-comedy, a little tasteless at times but it does have a few laugh-out-loud moments! Over-all it's okay, worth your time if you like funny-cheesy horror-flicks!

Zombies are awesome. It's too bad this movie wasn't on par with Billy Zane's potential. See Shaun of the Dead for a movie a couple notches higher.

When a piece of zombie hamburger patty latches onto someone's face, you have a winner. Completely absurd gore effects and very dry humor makes The Mad a charming zombie horredy. Check it out!
