Started off ok for a biography, but the fight against the Japanese and the spy story was way over the top... Pity! Love the cameo of Ip Chun though!! :)

"Rigorous, authentic fighting by physically formidable newcomer Dennis To and a stellar supporting cast." Good action for a biopic, could have done without the drama.

Not many sequels or prequels live up to the hype. This does a pretty good job. Ip man is the man.

I am giving this film 5 stars, I havnt seen it but I had watched the first and second IP Man and both were great movies. so that being said I can only imagine how good this one is. hopefully I get to see this move sooner than later..
