Rarely one finds South-American films and when, then they are usually really impressive (except the one with sunrise in real time and no words spoken in the first 45 minutes and barely even since, during the 4 hours or eternity.....Silent light from Mexico). Gorgeous scenery, once again, gorgeous. Really need to visit those shores. Fascinating true story. Truly, history is full of fascinating little films, somebody just has to make them!

This is an independent and strange film. Beutiful landscapes of Bariloche are shown and a strange storyline is played there.

Wakolda, o el doctor alemán, es la producción argentina que trata sobre los supuestos días del doctor nazi Josef Mengele en el sur de argentina, y cómo se mantuvo constantemente realizando experimentos genéticos en seres humanos. Muy buena historia, muy bien actuado (notable con el alemán, no parece aprendido como en Bastardes sin Gloria), y muy buena banda sonora. Se presento en el XXV Festival de Cine de Viña del Mar, y ha sido premiada mundialmente. Recomendable 100%.

The original idea was good, but it takes too much time to develop it, and I do not know if it has been done in the way which provides more yield. However, I add half a star because the real facts it is based on.
