Nice enough little story for a low budget film Nothing new, but good unknown cast make this likeable. Romantic comedy with a lot of angst and a lesbian twist.

There's something pretty real about this movie- something that kept me watching it even though I didn't see that there was a whole lot of plot. The characters are people you could see every day; people you're probably friends with. I like movies that can connect like that. This probably isn't something I'll remember in detail for years to come, and it could have been a little less slow-moving, but overall it's an engaging film and I enjoyed it.

It was good. My interest dipped in the middle. A lot of events that move the plot happen offscreen and are implied/revealed through dialogue so paying attention is a must. Had me thinking a bit about the complexity of relationships but you have to wonder how these characters sustain their living in Manhattan, going out to bars, and just hanging out and conversing through the day without ever being shown going to any kind of employment.

Pseudo-feminism at it's most mediocre. Light-hearted take on LGBT at its best. Dealing in stereotypes and drunken stupidy at its worst. Probably written by an English major. I guess graduating without job prospects spurs on success, or at least creates a demographic to exploit. Either way, not bad for an indie flick.
