The Day Will Dawn (1942)

When Hitler invades Poland, sports journalist Colin Metcalfe (Hugh Williams) is unexpectedly reassigned as a foreign correspondent in Norway. En route, his ship is attacked by a German U-boat, but his warning to the Royal Navy is dismissed and he loses his post. With the German invasion of Norway soon after, Metcalfe returns, determined to uncover enemy operations and strike back against the occupiers.

Excellent and entertaining war time film, dont quite know how it merits on a site like this?, created by people whom could never grasp the concept of occupation.

Not as bad as I thought it would be, I always get put off movies that are based around the war. This movie is quite a good watch

well umn just seen this movie 4 the 1st time n think that this is a good movie 2 watch..its got a good cast of actors/actressess throughout this movie..i think that hugh williams, griffith jones, deborah kerr, ralph richardson, francis l sullivan, roland culver play good roles/parts throughout this movie its a good 1940's movie 2 watch with a good cast throughout this movie...i think that this is a good black n white movie 2 watch with a good cast throughout this movie...its a good war movie 2 watch
