Perfume saleslady Melody Parris feels like her life is in neutral. Her stick-in-the mud boyfriend won't commit and she gets passed over for a promotion at the store where she works. She decides to make a Christmas list. After it's deposited in Santa's mailbox at the store, she starts getting everything she wanted, but it doesn't always turn out as she expected.

LAME! Predictable, cheesy, and the ending was annoying & too convenient. But we had a good laugh making fun of this movie.

This has to be one of my favorite Christmas movies! It's sad that they don't play it as much as they used to in past years, but it's nice that it gets played at all anymore. Although this is a somewhat predictable movie, it nonetheless has charm and appeal in both characters, as well as plot! You can't help but fall in love with Mimi Rogers' Melody Paris, and are actually happy for her that she gets everything she wants on her Christmas list, and actually ends up with more than she wanted in the end!

Really likeable xmas feel-good movie with Mimi Rogers playing a down-trodden make-up shop assistant who, after being passed over for promotion, makes a 'christmas list' for a joke. When it gets put in the Santa's instore mailbox inside the shop, she is shocked to find all her wishes coming true...but realises soon after you should be very careful what you wish for...
