If you like Star Trek, it's a must. If you are interested in the actor's life and craft, it's also a must. It's a very perceptive film. Shatner is a good interviewer. Avery Brooks alone is worth the movie.

Nice documentary about all the captains in start trek. Captain sisko has gone nuts though, but a good type of nuts.

William Shatner meets up with each of the Star Trek captains, from Patrick Stewart right up to Chris Pine. It can be quite interesting, but at times the Shat's antics can be distracting during interesting comments made from the other actors. Sometimes though, the actors are aloud total breathing room to really say something..,and you get to really know them, which is nice. For Trek fans like me, its a must see, but it may be surprisingly interesting to no-Trek fans...people like the craft of acting and want to learn a little about it. Admittedly, sometimes Shatner undercuts the heart of it all, but there was enough meat on the bone for me to stay interested,

A good documentary on what it is like to be a "star trek captain" This will appeal to you even if you are not a fan of star trek.. in fact, you might become one after you watch this. Informative, touching and thought provoking interviews with the former people who sat in one of the most famous chairs on television.
