There are a few interesting bits in here, but most of them are in the trailer. Probably best to watch this at home, so that you can fast-forward through the dull bits. I admire Kate Mulgrew's patience when she had to deal with some of William Shatner's odd questions!

I need to preface this by saying I'm still a hardcore Trekkie, and I'd take a bullet for Bill Shatner or Sir Patrick. However, this wasn't a documentary, it was an exercise in self-indulgence and narcissism. But I still have a soft spit in my heart for all five captains!

finally i have been waiting for this movie my whole life, and star trek changed my life, ha got you, i wrote that for william shatner, in case he ver reads this, i love star trek, all the tv shows, the movies, who doesn't and i am not even a hardcore trekie, you got love bill, hes great, he is the cheesiest actor on the planet and no one can ham it up anything like him, he set the standard and is the standard, if you love star trek or just like a doc on it and the captains you will probably like this a lot. maybe one day i will go to a convention until then, i have all these movies, and series to watch, which is awesome.

Very interesting in depth look at the actors behind the captains. There are a lot of interesting perspectives and philosophizing. I really found it interesting how similar all of their backgrounds are, and their shared experience despite being involved in their respective shows in different eras.
