William Shatner sits down with Patrick Stewart, Avery Brooks, Kate Mulgrew, Scott Bakula, and Chris Pine to discuss acting, life, and Star Trek. A wonderful look at the people who have anchored 50 years of the franchise, from one Captain to another.

A little self serving at times but it is Shatner after all..this documentary follows the captains of all the Star Treks what lead them to the role and how it changed them after their series had ended.

I have never been a Trekkie by any means but this was so interesting and easy to watch, other than Avery Brooks maybe. Shatner's observations about his own career and the life as a whole of Star Trek was so awesome to hear from the man himself, let alone the interviews with all other captains of the franchise.

There are a few interesting bits in here, but most of them are in the trailer. Probably best to watch this at home, so that you can fast-forward through the dull bits. I admire Kate Mulgrew's patience when she had to deal with some of William Shatner's odd questions!
